Write into Action:
This experiential interactive workshop will use a combination
of personal journaling and psychodrama to identify areas in
your life that have been inhibiting. The goal is on shifting
perspective and gaining integration through insight. The power
of the group will allow us to explore common themes collectively
through action methods, while journaling will give each person
a chance to process the group work at a more personal level.
Both journaling and psychodrama are proven methods of working
through difficult areas in one's life. This workshop combines
these two powerful methods to help get at, and more importantly
help move through, these issues.
